Welcome to our law firm's web site. If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment with any of our attorneys, please click on Contact Us. The Our Attorneys tab will link you to the individual biographies of each attorney at our law firm. There, you will learn more about the areas of law each attorney practices in, along with contact information. Under the Practice Areas tab, you will be linked to descriptions of the law in each particular area. Our law firm was established in 1955 and was originally located in the downtown area until moving to our current location in 2003. The founding attorneys of the firm were Raymond E. Dana, Robert S. Golden, James E. Moore and Laird Rasmussen; the firm’s name was originally Dana, Golden, Moore & Rasmussen. In 1984, the law firm changed names to Moore, Rasmussen, Sabers and Kading, when the Honorable Richard W. Sabers, Supreme Court Justice, was a practicing partner at the law firm until he joined the state supreme court in 1996. In 1994, the law firm was renamed Moore, Rasmussen, Kading & Kunstle, LLP. This name continues to the present even after Russell D. Kading’s death in 1997 because his son, Scott D. Kading, remains a practicing partner of the firm. Our clients’ trust is our firm’s most valuable asset. Our firm’s mission is to provide the highest quality legal advise and guidance to our clients to enable them to deal in the most effective manner with any legal problem or matter which may arise.
